Research at ICPD

Pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PK-PD) studies and analyses are critical pre-clinically and throughout clinical development. We leverage our expertise with that of our collaborators to maximize the benefit potential of each molecular entity.

We learn, confirm, and succeed through advanced methods of PK and PK-PD system analysis. From glassware to mice to man, we strive to learn and, when necessary, to re-conceive convention in an effort to help our Sponsors help patients.

We provide services ranging from PK and PK-PD strategic planning, to the laboratory for in vitro and in vivo PK-PD studies, through the Phase 1 Unit for healthy-volunteer and patient studies, into Phase 2 through 4 clinical trial design, to PK and PK-PD mathematical analyses to support regulatory and commercial efforts.

Finally, the communication of study results is just as important as the studies themselves. ICPD communicates study results via regulatory quality reports, manuscripts, poster and/or slide presentations. We offer on-site graphic design and in-house large-format color poster printing.
